This notice explains, in line with Article 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), how your personal data is handled when you visit this website, send an offer request or book a call.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the offer request form we receive:

If you book a call via Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there (typically name, email, chosen time and any notes). If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message.

Please do not include sensitive data (health, political opinions, etc.) or other people's personal data in your message unless necessary.

Providing the data marked as required in the form is necessary for us to reply; without it we cannot handle your request.

If we later conclude a contract with you, further processing (invoicing, accounting obligations, delivery) will be covered by the contract and by legal obligations, and described in the contract documentation [to be added when relevant]. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Retention

Offer requests and related correspondence that do not lead to a contract are kept for months after our last contact, then deleted. Data in contracts, invoices and accounting records is kept for the period required by law. Data you give to Calendly or to email providers is kept according to their own settings and our deletion practice.

FormSubmit and Calendly are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are intended to rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision (if the provider is certified) or on standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards. 7. Browser storage and cookies

This website stores only two items in your browser's local storage: lang (your language choice) and cur (your currency choice). They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and are strictly functional, so no consent is required. You can delete them in your browser settings.

We currently use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking pixels. Embedded third-party content such as the booking widget may set its own cookies when you open it; see the provider's notice. Before any analytics or advertising tools are introduced, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15); rectification (Art. 16); erasure (Art. 17); restriction of processing (Art. 18); data portability (Art. 20); object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21); and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (Art. 7(3)), without affecting earlier processing.

You may also bring a claim before the competent court (in Hungary, the regional court — törvényszék; you may choose the court of your residence or stay). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
